Terms of use

The agreement for using Hopedeck. Last updated June 2026.

What Hopedeck is

Hopedeck is a tool that helps patients and caregivers organize health records and understand options. It aggregates information from your own records and surfaces clinical evidence and possibilities to discuss with your care team.

Not medical advice

Hopedeck does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. It is not a medical device. Nothing here is a recommendation to start, stop, or change any treatment. Always consult your care team, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Matches and the scout

“Matched options” and “On the horizon” show options and forward-looking ideas based on your biomarkers and public data. A match is a description of fit, not a prediction that a treatment will work. Trial and drug information may be incomplete or out of date — verify everything with your care team and the trial sponsor.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your passphrase and recovery code safe — we cannot recover them for you.
  • Make medical decisions with your qualified care team, not based on Hopedeck alone.
  • Use the service for yourself or someone you are authorized to support.

No warranty

Hopedeck is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopedeck and its operators are not liable for any decisions made using the service or for any indirect or consequential damages.

Who operates Hopedeck

Hopedeck is operated by Netzinga LLC and is offered to patients and caregivers free of charge. The project is mission-first; we intend to establish a dedicated nonprofit to carry it forward, and these terms may evolve as that structure is formalized.
